Dr. Lynn Marie is back with us on the show to share the latest updates on her life after quitting the VA and starting Plant Medicine Podcast and Plant Medicine.org to bring scientific researchers, practitioners, and those who have been personally affected by the healing powers of these plants together to help educate the public on what is possible and help further research and decriminalization of these substances.
The show is back after a hiatus and today's episode is with Valerie Miramontes. She's been with the team since June and has been my unofficial business adviser and one of my partners on The Strong Coach. She shared her journey - from being a product of domestic violence to working at NASA, and being to where she's at today. She also shared something about her journaling, and anyone who listens to this show, and especially people who do The Strong Coach program or have done Lifted or Procabulary, know the power of journaling and language and how much emphasis we put on that. Enjoy!

Today's show is with Blake Conner. He graduated the 90 day program about a month ago and he shares the results he got, what he's up to now and a lot of other cool stuff. This is a really cool show for me, because he is from my hometown of Memphis, Tennessee, and he is taking what he learned and bringing it there, as well as having launched an online program that can be done from any location. Enjoy the show.
What is The Strong Coach? Most support for starting and running a coaching business comes down to a cookie cutter formula. A + B = Success. The trouble is that if the formula works, the coach has created a business that sucks the soul out of them. It’s the classic situation of the business controlling the owner.
The Strong Coach helps coaches create profitable coaching businesses that they are excited to run.
The basis for your success is first taking care of yourself. When you make life better for yourself, you will have the energy you need to show up for your clients and business. Then layer on the business systems and you’ll see what can happen.
The Strong Coach is growing a community of people who are moving in the same direction, supporting each other, and collaborating.

Today's show is a lot of fun because we flipped the script and I get interviewed by Drew Dillon and Aaron Jannetti of The Kamiwaza Podcast. I'm sharing this because we cover a lot of new ground in the world of coaching and development. We touched on so many important areas of identity, internal stories, journaling, psychology, flow state, trauma, and growth. Enjoy!
Today we have Grant Thomas. He's been through our Enlifted certification and The Strong Coach 90-Day Program as well. He left a startup to start training clients to find out that he had to work a second job just to cover all his bills each month. He had the personal training clients, didn't make enough, also had to work the weekends. Now, he's got his client training workload down to three days a week and requires no additional work. He's going to share his journey with us today. You're going to get a lot out of it. Enjoy the show.
Today we have Aaron Jannetti from Endeavor Defense and Fitness. We get into the power and practice of journaling as a tool to develop our minds, the simple things that hold most coaches back from loving their coaching business, and how to take advantage of everyday opportunities that most people miss. Enjoy the show.
We've got Mike Salemi coming on today. He is in the Strong Coach Mastermind and he drops some really great knowledge about his journey, which is going to be very helpful for you as a coach and building your own coaching business.
We get into Enlifted as well, so the way this works is when people join The Strong Coach Mastermind, they also go into the Enlifted certification and that's something we offer by itself as well and it's really digging into the mental side of things and we get into mental resilience and how to help clients and set really great goals and really become a coach that stands apart by how we show up for our clients. Enjoy!
In this special episode, we have AJ Roberts, Chief Revenue Officer at Genesis Digital, the company behind Kartra, Ever Webinar and Webinar Jam. We're going to do something a little different today. A couple of weeks ago, I was at the Spartan World Championships and I got to moderate a panel called The Ever-Present Need for Challenge. I had four guests, four people on the panel: Sean Pastuch, Robin Legat, Patrick Sweeney, and Matthew Legge. Yeah, we got to cover a lot of really cool stuff. Having input from four different people was a lot of fun, and yep, you're really going to enjoy this. Enjoy.
In this episode, I talked with Ian Gilligan. I thought we were going to talk about kettlebells and we did just for a moment and then we got into mushrooms. Not just the magic mushroom kinds, but about the functional mushrooms, the things that you can buy and take and mixing that with breathwork. We also talked about some psychedelic tangents as well. Enjoy!
